1. What is your usual turnaround time?

Ans: Depending on the type of work being done, it will generally take 2 – 5 business days to complete most orders.

2. How many corrections can we make to the artwork?

Ans: The first initial change will be free of charge. For every change after that, there will be a fee per adjustment / change.

3. Where do you operate from?

Ans: We are working out of the greater area of New York aka Long Island.

4.  What are your operating hours?

Ans: Monday – Friday 9:30a – 5:30p

5. What type of files do you work with when printing?

Ans: Generally, we would need files in the PDF format. We can use PNGs as well. If they are high in resolution / visual quality.
